About me

Markus Väth

Philosophy

I am a psychologist with heart and soul. Even after many years, people remain fascinating and complex for me. This makes it all the more important to teach organizations what makes people tick: what makes them productive or happy, how we find meaning in our work, how we work together constructively, etc.

In practical terms, this means psychologically based leadership coaching, team development, advising management teams on questions of personnel and organizational development or consulting support for change projects.

What makes me stand out when working together? I am meticulous, work in a structured way and approach everyone with open curiosity. I am also said to have a sense of humor and a certain lightness of touch. I like to think ahead and come up with practicable solutions.
