Guide for Radical Working

The Guide for Radical Working is a two-day course for people who want to get to know Radical Working intensively and pass it on in their working environment. The focus is on the concepts of Radical Working as well as the attitude, role and practical methods of the Guide.

Idea

Many people come into contact with Radical Work, be it through the book, a lecture or simply a conversation with someone who already knows the concept.

Quite a few people then ask themselves: All well and good, but how do I transport this into my company or into my customer’s organization?

To answer this question, I have designed the Radical Work Guide. It is intended to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to spread Radical Work in organizations and make it fruitful.

Target group

The Guide to Radical Working is aimed at people who want to get to know Radical Working in depth and pass it on: Managers, HR managers, consultants and coaches, change professionals, but also “normal” employees who want to bring Radical Working into their team, for example.

"The Guide to Radical Working inspired me because it is practical and can be implemented immediately! The exchange in the group was super productive and enriching, I felt really inspired. The seminar is suitable for all people who really want to implement change and not just talk about it."
