Radical Work Guide

The Radical Work Guide is a two-day course for people who want to spread Radical Work in their working environment. The focus is on the theoretical background and concepts of Radical Work as well as basic knowledge about spreading ideas in organizations.

Idea

Many people come into contact with Radical Work, be it through the book, a lecture or simply a conversation with someone who already knows the concept.

Quite a few people then ask themselves: All well and good, but how do I transport this into my company or into my customer’s organization?

To answer this question, I have designed the Radical Work Guide. It is intended to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to spread Radical Work in organizations and make it fruitful.

Target group

The Radical Work Guide is aimed at people who want to pass on Radical Work: Managers, HR managers, consultants and coaches, change professionals, but also “normal” employees who want to bring Radical Work to their team, for example.

The first round of training took place in Nuremberg in October 2025. Six lucky participants were delighted to receive their “Radical Work Guide” certificate.

"The Radical Work Guide inspired me because it is practical and can be implemented immediately! The exchange in the group was super productive and enriching, I felt really inspired. The seminar is suitable for all people who really want to implement change and not just talk about it."
