The Radical Work Circle is a two-day live course and is aimed at people who want to reflect on and realign their (working) life. It is intended to serve as a liberation and clarification along the PEARL principles of Radical Work. It is based on the idea that radical work is also a personal issue and not just a business issue.

Aims of the seminar

Reflect on your own life and work situation: What are my personal strengths? What are my current pain points? What do I want to change? What do I want to strengthen or achieve?
Orientation of one’s own (working) life to the PEARL principles of Radical Working (pragmatism, development, boundaries, respect, learning):
Developing inspiring goals and visions for a radical (working) life: How can Radical Working change my work? What do I see that I didn’t see before?

Target group

People aged 35 and over who want to improve their (working) life. No other prior knowledge, management experience etc. is required. Whether teacher, craftsman or IT consultant: in Radical Working, people with different professional backgrounds can also benefit from mutual exchange.

Gestaltung

Die beiden Seminartage sind sehr praxisorientiert. Das heißt, der zeitliche Anteil meiner Inputs liegt vielleicht bei zwanzig Prozent. Den Rest der Zeit nutzt du, um in Einzelarbeit deine Themen zu reflektieren, Ergebnisse zu erarbeiten und dich mit den anderen Teilnehmern in kleinen Gruppen auszutauschen.

Was ich nicht mache

Psychologische Manipulation durch Techniken wie NLP, Familienaufstellung nach Hellinger etc.
Subtiler Zwang zu persönlicher Öffnung in Gruppenübungen, wenn man das nicht will
Indoktrination mit fragwürdigen psychologischen Inhalten
