Leadership Coaching

Use coaching as a space for personal development – for more job satisfaction, better performance as a manager or to determine your personal position.

We do not learn from experience, but from reflecting on experience.

My coaching approach

As a coach, I always ask questions, explain correlations, give feedback and summarize results.

My coaching is solution-oriented. This means that you come to us with a specific issue for which we work out a solution. We deal with secondary topics to the extent that they serve the main topic.

Incidentally, as a qualified psychologist (university), I am subject to medical confidentiality. Everything you tell me remains strictly between us.

Coaching takes place on three levels:

  • Self-reflection to activate your resources
  • Knowledge transfer to understand connections and (psychological) backgrounds
  • Solution work including transfer assurance through instructions, homework and impulses

Initial consultation

In the initial meeting, we outline your topic, your expectations of the coaching and what goals can realistically be achieved in a coaching session.

I also introduce myself as a coach, including my background experience and coaching methodology.

Finally, we clarify the framework conditions of the coaching: setting, fee and time horizon.

After the initial consultation, you can take your time to decide whether you want coaching or not.

Documentation

We document and visualize the results during the coaching session (on flipchart, whiteboard, etc.). This means you can always refer back to important coaching insights later.

This is why there is usually always a little “homework” and impulses so that you can transfer the results from the coaching sessions into your everyday life.

If required, I can also offer you a test or a psychological profile if it fits the topic. All methods used meet the highest scientific standards.

When the coaching process is completed, we summarize the content and check the extent to which your goals have been achieved and the coaching has brought the expected benefits.

Organization

Making an appointment

You can arrange your coaching sessions flexibly from appointment to appointment, usually with a lead time of around fourteen days. This gives you full control over your time and allows you to manage the coaching process flexibly. A coaching session usually lasts around 1.5 hours.

Coaching duration

The number of sessions varies depending on the topic. In principle, however, coaching is a short-term intervention and rarely lasts longer than five appointments. Incidentally, you are the “master of the process” and can end the coaching at any time. In order to guarantee this, I do not sell all-inclusive coaching packages of several hours, but agree on an appointment-by-appointment basis.

Fee

My hourly rate (60 minutes) is EUR 160 net for private individuals and EUR 250 net for corporate clients.
