Group moderation
Sometimes a group needs someone from outside; someone who can accompany a meeting or a workshop, bundle the results and at the same time ask questions in previously unknown directions.
I moderate various group situations and am your qualified sparring partner who can bring all his professional experience with many organizations to bear.
Occasions for group moderation include, for example
Supporting the management or the Board of Directors in clarifying strategic questions of personnel and organizational development
Supporting a steering group within a change project
Large group workshops for the workforce to introduce an important topic
Team development
Teams are made up of individual characters, each with their own ideas.
In addition, there are time constraints, workloads and unforeseen situations that need to be overcome together.

Adaptation to new structures, roles and responsibilities

Leadership training
In contrast to individual leadership coaching, leadership training involves the qualified further training of several managers.
The aim is to impart the same high-quality content as far as possible.
Occasions for leadership training include, for example
Changes to the job description (e.g. in the form of more responsibility, more employees, etc.)
Expansion of expertise in a specific area (e.g. conflict management, working under pressure, leadership at a distance)
Introduction of new methods with consequences for the individual role (e.g. agile methods, New Work, OKR)
