Group moderation
Sometimes a group is helped by someone from outside; someone who accompanies a meeting or a workshop, bundles the results and at the same time asks questions in previously unknown directions. I moderate various group situations and am your qualified sparring partner who can contribute his entire professional experience with many organizations. Leadership training
In contrast to individual leadership coaching, leadership training involves the qualified further training of several managers. The aim is to convey the same content in as high a quality as possible. Occasions for leadership training include, for example

Expansion of expertise in a specific area (e.g. conflict management, working under pressure, leadership at a distance)

The two-day workshop “Radical Work Guide” is aimed at coaches, consultants, managers, HR staff and change professionals who want to disseminate the concept of Radical Work as multipliers in organizations.
The one-day (optional two-day) online course Radical Work Circle is aimed at people who want to reflect on their (working) life and realign it along the PEARL principles. It is based on the idea that radical work is also a personal issue and not just a business issue.
The two-day workshop is aimed at managers, project leaders, team leaders, (agile) coaches, scrum masters, etc. who want to learn modern methods that are easy to apply and have an amazing effect.
