Online course “Radical Work Circle”

The one-day (optional two-day) online course Radical Work Circle is aimed at people who want to reflect on their (working) life and realign it along the PEARL principles. It is based on the idea that radical work is also a personal issue and not just a business issue.

Goals

Reflection on the current life and work situation:

What personal strengths characterize my path? Where am I currently experiencing stress or dissatisfaction? What do I want to change – and what should stay as it is?

Orientation towards the PEARL principles of radical working:

The principles of pragmatism, development, demarcation, respect and learning serve as orientation to make professional and personal decisions clearer and more coherent.

Development of goals and perspectives:

What vision do I have for my life and work? How can radical work contribute to more clarity, freedom and meaning? What do I perceive that may have been hidden until now?

Target group

People who want to reflect on and change their life and work. You should bring curiosity and the willingness to invest two days in yourself and in the experience of a small community.

I show how we can liberate our working lives and breathe a sigh of relief and make the case for work without bullshit, with clear principles and a desire for the future, so that we can focus on the essentials: Making work better for all of us.

Design

The seminar is very practice-oriented. This means that perhaps twenty percent of the time is taken up by my input. You use the rest of the time to reflect on your topics individually, work on results and exchange ideas with the other participants in small groups.

What I don't do

What I deliberately avoid in my work are psychologically manipulative methods such as NLP or family constellations according to Hellinger.

I also refrain from any form of subtle influence that pushes participants to open up personally in group exercises if this does not correspond to their own wishes or pace.

A one-sided teaching of questionable psychological concepts or ideologies – in the sense of indoctrination – also has no place in my understanding of professional guidance.
