How do you translate the Seven Rules of Radical Working into everyday life? This is exactly what the Radikal Arbeiten Team Canvas does.
The starting point for me was the question of how organizations and especially teams can translate the seven rules of Radical Working into their everyday work as easily as possible. A canvas seemed ideal as a starting tool for this. In this way, teams can get to grips with radical working in a creative and relaxed way.
How is the canvas structured?
The key points of the seven rules of the game are structured like a U from left to right: Focus, Meaningfulness, Flexibility, Work-Life, Motivation, Collaboration and Commitment. Each area is underpinned by two key questions to help the team find answers.
There are two areas at the top center: the “Team Purpose” for the team’s previous goals and purposes and the “Radical Work KPIs”, which are intended to make the progress of Radical Work measurable. There are also two pulse questions for each of these two fields.
