The two-day workshop is aimed at managers, project leaders, team leaders, (agile) coaches, scrum masters, etc. who want to learn modern methods that are easy to apply and have an amazing effect.
Contents
On the first day, the workshop will provide a playful introduction to various formats and make Liberating Structures a tangible experience. The day will be rounded off with 3 short theoretical sections of 15 minutes each on the history and structure of the formats (all formats are structured according to the same system and are therefore extremely user-friendly) and an introduction to resources such as the so-called Matchmaker, app and cards.
The second day focuses on the participants’ specific needs and questions, which are then worked on and solved together using Liberating Structures. The participants work specifically on their topics using different Liberating Structures and thus also receive professional impetus for their project.
With the ticket price, each participant also acquires 60 minutes of (online) support in the preparation/conception of the strings of a workshop, meeting, etc. up to 6 months after the workshop to ensure sustainability and to live Liberating Structures.
Origin
The “liberating structures”, as they are called, were conceived by Henri Limpmanowicz and Keith McCandless just over 14 years ago.
On the one hand, the aim is to involve and engage people, but on the other, to meet the demands of an increasingly fast-paced and complex working environment. Because new ideas are easier to create with new methods.
And best of all: Liberating Structures can be used without a license, because the founders believe that these formats should be accessible to everyone and thus have the greatest possible influence on our working world.
