Character of the seminar
The seminar conveys the core content of Radical Working as well as the knowledge and skills to disseminate it in your own or a client organization. Theoretical content alternates strongly with interactive units. At the end of the seminar day, participants should have individual ideas for the implementation of Radical Working.
In the practical units, we apply methods that are suitable for our own work later on.
The number of participants is limited to ten.
Each participant receives a “Radical Work Guide” certificate.
About me
Markus Väth is an occupational psychologist and initiator of Radical Working. He is considered one of the leading minds for New Work and has been supporting organizations on leadership, culture and collaboration for over fifteen years. He is also a lecturer at the Nuremberg Institute of Technology.
He has documented his ideas and experiences in six books and 70+ articles and interviews, including for ARD and RTL. He is a columnist for CAPITAL and host of the podcast “Der Radikale Salon”.
I show how we can liberate our working lives and breathe a sigh of relief and make the case for work without bullshit, with clear principles and a desire for the future, so that we can focus on the essentials: Making work better for all of us.
