Markus Väth, Dipl. Psych. (Univ.), married, two children
As a psychologist and certified business coach (BDVT), I have 20 years of experience in supporting people.
In my work with my clients, I put into practice the PEARL principles I have developed: Pragmatism, development, boundaries, respect and learning. This enables people to organize their lives and develop a very individual perspective for the future. I am also the author of “Radikal Arbeiten” and other books on psychology and the world of work, as well as a CAPITAL columnist.
Thaddaeus Golla, 57 years old. Dipl.Ing BWL, married, adult children
As a coach, I offer well-founded support for men in positions of responsibility and life phases – based on decades of experience in leading and developing people, both professionally and privately.
My background: University degree, extensive management experience in a large company (also abroad), further therapeutic training, training as a men’s trainer (ZIPAT) and many years of accompanying seminars. Studied painting with Professor Jo Bukowski, Augsburg.
These perspectives – business, therapy, art – enable me to accompany men in midlife in an unagitated way. Not with patent remedies, but with room for new perspectives.
