Training as a New Work Partner

The balance of impulses and group work was ideal, the level was appealing and the work assignments were easy to understand. All in all, as a passionate follower of the NewWork philosophy, it has given me confidence and trust to take NewWork out of the dirty corner of buzzwords and put it back where it belongs: in future-oriented organizations, to the courageous and motivated who want to do work well and with pleasure, true to Bergmann's motto #dobetterless

I'm still completely blown away by the two-day New Work Partner training that I was able to enjoy yesterday and today. My understanding of New Work was raised to a new level. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Markus Väth. Your extensive knowledge and passion for New Work made the training an unbeatable asset for me. The New Work Partner training not only gave me new tools and skills, but also further ignited my passion for the subject.

Thank you for the inspiring insights into your work on New Work. I was particularly impressed by the approach of thinking of New Work in terms of the principles of freedom, personal responsibility, meaning, development and social responsibility, instead of rushing headlong into individual measures or methods. And a new, fresh look at the often negatively connoted concept of productivity, away from the exploitation of employees and towards value creation for ALL those involved.

The training was very well organized & really fun. I have fully achieved my learning objective and feel well prepared for my tasks as a New Work Partner.

During the two days of New Work Partner, I was able to experience how Markus Väth manages to translate Bergmann's "social utopia" into real life and the 21st century. With the concept of humanfy, New Work is no longer just an idealistic wish for everyone, it has become a reality.

The two days of training to become a New Work Partner flew by. In particular, the mixture of inputs and interactive exercises and application topics was great! It's a shame that the two days were over so quickly - but now I'm all the more excited to see how we can continue to bring the principles of freedom, personal responsibility, purpose, development and social responsibility to life in our day-to-day work in our respective organizations.
