My courses and training are aimed at people who want to improve their (working) lives, at teams in organizations and also at managers who want to learn how to work radically.
The purest form of madness is to leave everything as it is and at the same time hope that something will change.
The Radical Work Guide is a two-day course for people who want to spread Radical Work in their working environment. The focus is on the theoretical background and concepts of Radical Work as well as basic knowledge about spreading ideas in organizations.
The learning journey is a multi-part online seminar that follows the content of my book “Radikal Arbeiten”. Participants read specific chapters, which we then discuss in the next online session and supplement with practical examples and tools.
